Derek Hirano is, by far, the best real estate broker I have ever had. I am 76 years old and have bought and sold numerous properties since 1972. Derek came in and suggested improvements to up the value of the home, coordinated the work, and did a great job in showcasing the house. The other owner resided out of state and was in constant communication with her.
